Hi, I'm Scott — owner of The Color of Fresh, and the Registered Dietitian behind every recipe. After a degree in Clinical Nutrition from UC Davis and training through Sodexo, I design our menu myself, so "balanced" is more than a label. Our menu is seasonal, not weekly — plenty of favorites stay on year-round, and new dishes rotate in as fresh, in-season ingredients come around. Everything is made from scratch in our Pleasanton kitchen: no shortcuts, no mystery ingredients.
Every dish tastes like it was made in my own kitchen — if I were a much better cook. The seasonal menu keeps things interesting and I always know it's balanced.
